Job Description:

Do you have a passion for food and loved supporting the growth of various businesses? As a Supply Chain Coordinator at TFSI, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our supply chain processes. You will be responsible for coordinating logistics, managing inventory levels, assisting Buyers, expediating orders, and optimizing supply chain activities to support the timely delivery of raw materials and ingredients to our manufacturing locations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, and distribution of food products.
• Work closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers to ensure on-time delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and optimize inventory levels to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics (e.g., on-time delivery, lead times, inventory turnover) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as purchasing, production, R&D, Finance, and sales) to forecast demand and ensure alignment of supply chain activities with business goals.
• Resolve supply chain issues proactively and escalate critical issues to management as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to food safety, quality, and sustainability.
• Support the implementation of supply chain systems and tools to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in supply chain coordination or logistics within the food industry, preferably in spices, flavors, and/or natural/organic foods.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management principles, and logistics operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP or supply chain management software.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Details:

• Schedule: Office hours -Monday to Friday-Office hours 8:30-5:00. Hybrid schedule available.
• Pay based on experience- Typical range $50-65K
