Position Summary

The Supply Chain Coordinator will support various Supply Chain activities including processing Purchase Orders, Scheduling Agreements, and Specification/Drawing Changes, maintenance of Supplier History Files, assist with Department Reporting, SAP system updates, and shipment tracking.


Principal Responsibilities

  • Processes and maintains Purchase Orders and Scheduling Agreements in support of Buyers including data entry, placement, and confirmation processing.
  • Processes DIOH confirmations in support of Buyers.
  • Processes Advanced Shipping Notices and Drop Ships.
  • Assists with processing RTV’s and supplier drawing requests in support of the Material Review Board process.
  • Assists Buyers with processing PO revisions to drawing and labeling revisions and communication to the suppliers with SAF forms. This includes the tracking and monitoring through final receipt of approved specification changes.
  • Responsible for filing of SAF’s and various supplier documents. This includes the creation and maintenance of Supplier History Files.
  • Assists Buyers with SAP system data updates.
  • Responsible for the creation and distribution of department reports.
  • Responsible for managing and reconciling the shipping log for receipt accuracy in SAP.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support business needs.


Education / Experience Requirements

  • Minimum one year of Supply Chain experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED, required.
  • Associate degree in Business or a related field, preferred.


Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

  • Knowledge of ERP including inter-functional relationships. Previous SAP experiences a plus. (preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills as well as strong skills in, oral and written communication.
  • Computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused, results-oriented.
  • Ability to work accurately with detailed data.
  • APICS Certification and/or Supply Chain coursework desirable. (preferred).
