Job Title Supply Chain | Logistics Coordinator

Pay: $25.00-$26.99/hour (based upon experience)

Duration: 10-Month Contract

Schedule: Monday – Friday // 40hrs/week

Location: ONSITE- NEW YORK, NY

Responsibilities:

• Support logistics for D2C, Tour, Retail, and other channels.
• Manage the process of shipping goods, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Work with the Logistics Manager for accurate deliveries to/from fulfillment centers.
• Schedule and track shipments using Monday.com and other platforms.
• Ensure efficient inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Collaborate with teams to improve artist management satisfaction.
• Confirm tracking, packing lists, and delivery proofs.
• Create commercial invoices and international documentation.
• Ensure vendor compliance and manage onboarding/training.
• Purchase supplies and build vendor relationships to cut costs.
• Schedule supply deliveries and forecast demand to avoid production slowdowns.
• Cross-train with the operations team.
• Coordinate with mailrooms and office operations.
• Handle special projects as needed.

Experience/Qualifications:

• 1+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the music or entertainment industry.
• Experience in consumer products, retail operations, or e-commerce.
• Logistics and transportation experience preferred.
• Experience in warehousing and distribution is a PLUS!
• Experience with order management and customer service.
• Data management experience from multiple reporting systems.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
