Supply Chain Coordinator

We are searching for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team!


The Supply Chain Coordinator assists the Supply Chain Specialists and Buyer/Planners in a variety of key operational areas. Duties include shipment tracking, inbound processing, SAP data entry, generation of reports and metrics, inventory reconciliation and material/non-material purchasing.


Responsibilities:

  • Support SC Specialists with inbound shipment tracking and required processing in SAP.
  • Complete assigned SAP data entry for new products, returns, planning parameters, transfers, etc.
  • Monitor open orders for designated suppliers and inform Planners of changes impacting inventory or service.
  • Assist Planners with placement of purchase orders for Finished Goods and/or production planning.
  • Provide 3PL support for returns, complaints, claims, inbound/receiving and non-conforming products.
  • Support inventory management activities including reconciliation, destruction, slow moving/expired.
  • Support purchasing related activities for supplies and other non-inventory related items/materials.
  • Assist SC Specialist and Planners with the development and generation of reports and metrics.
  • Perform data collection, analysis, reporting and presentation of findings as assigned by supervisor.
  • Support process improvement activities and projects related to cost, service, inventory, process.
  • Maintain system files, databases, reports, process documents, and KPI as required.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.


Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Supply Chain/Logistic coordinator or similar role.
  • Prior experience working with an ERP system is preferred.


Skills/Knowledge Requirements:

  • Strong computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Knowledge and/or experience of supply chain principles and practices.
  • Must be detail-oriented and have good problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal & external customers.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
