Supply Chain Coordinator

The Supply Chain Coordinator keeps assigned stores appropriately stocked while maintaining profitable inventory levels. The position resolves exceptions in the automated purchase order process and analyzes replenishment data to troubleshoot and communicate concerns. The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for accurately transmitting all supplier purchase orders within specified deadlines and communicating exceptions to suppliers, stores and managers. The position assists in the development of long term solutions and improvements to the purchase order process. It will be imperative that this person demonstrate the problem-solving and analytical skills necessary to thrive in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment.

You Will:

• Order and manage inventory investments through JustEnough System to ensure the right product arrives in the right location in the right quantity at the right time
• Ensure purchase orders are accurately transmitted to suppliers
• Oversee the replenishment of store inventory levels based on shipments received and maintain a well-balanced inventory in direct proportion to sales
• Make recommendations to maximize profitability and productivity for daily orders
• Quickly identify and troubleshoot exceptions as they occur and communicate concerns through the proper communication vehicles
• Ensure that POs are within guidelines and aligned to financial goals; review order amounts to ensure they fit within the Open-To-Buy plan
• Recommends exceptions for changes to plans, JE settings for BIN levels/presentation levels
• Research backorder and out of stock issues
• Overall management and utilization of JustEnough Replenishment Tool, including filter maintenance and alternate schedules
• Provide customer support to stores for purchase order modification and special orders
• Validate and update store/SKU level forecast in JE to store level projections are accurate
• Work with Supply Chain Analyst and Supply Chain Manager to ensure category level inventory expectations are met within Open-To-Buy parameters
• Identify opportunities and implement solutions to improve inventory management processes, procedures and tools
  
  

You Have:

• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
• Ability to build relationships and work cross functional with other departments
• Must have strong computer skills – proficiency with excel is required
• Strong organization and process management skills, including the ability to meet demanding, evolving, and often competing deadlines
• Ability to work independently as well as in team and cross-functional environment
• BA/BS preferred or relevant work experience
• 2-3 years in retail management, buying, allocating or related experience preferred
• Experience with JustEnough (JE) Demand Planning is strongly preferred
  
  

Compensation

• Gopuff pays employees based on market pricing and pay may vary depending on your location. The salary range below reflects what we’d reasonably expect to pay candidates. A candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
