Supply Chain Coordinator

PAY: $24-$31/hr.

DURATION: contract to hire

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator for an aerospace company in Broomfield.

• Supplier Application Processing: Review and validate Supplier Application Forms and Supplier Representations & Certifications, ensuring all necessary supplier records are accurate and complete before entering them into databases and ERP systems.
• Data Entry: Input supplier application information into the ERP vendor master.
• Policy and Procedure Development: Assist in the creation and improvement of ISC policies, procedures, and processes.
• Team Collaboration: Support the efforts of the cross-functional ISC team.
• Report Management: Create, maintain, and distribute department reports and performance metrics.
• Relationship Management: Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, SBU/SSU, and the company. Ensure positive and productive interactions with colleagues to foster a collaborative work environment.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• BS/BA in a related field.
• Each higher-level related degree, i.e., Associate’s, may substitute for two years of related experience.
• Two years of related experience may be substituted for each year of education. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.
