We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Management Business Analyst for our Life Sciences client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance. Candidates will need to have experience in return management, specifically around processing returned products from customers and distributors, identifying and documenting returned products, checking for expiration dates and integrity, and calculating partial payment/reimbursement. Candidates will need experience in SCRM software such as Inmar.
Primary Responsibilities
Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance supply chain efficiency.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain activities.
Conduct cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain management software and tools.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management review.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management or a related analytical role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
