Work Location: Batavia, IL (Temporary location: Naperville, IL)
Remote Work: Eligible for our Hybrid Work Program, offering up to 3 days of remote work per week.
Responsibilities
In this role, you'll be instrumental in supporting our Supply Chain Management strategy, assisting with the implementation of new procedures and systems, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include general administration, data entry, and ensuring the confidentiality and security of documents and data.
Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field required.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and excellent time management skills.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Physical Requirements
Work may be performed in an office, remote office, or a combination of both.
Regularly required to sit, reach, grasp, stand, and move from one area to another.
Occasionally required to push, pull, bend, lift, and move up to 25 lbs.
