We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Partner to join our US team, specializing in Supply Chain & Advanced Manufacturing consulting within the pharmaceutical industry. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in end-to-end supply chain management and a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in the pharmaceutical sector.


This person will need to have experience in consulting services as a Supply Chain / Manufacturing leader with Pharmaceutical / Biotech OEMs as their clients.


  • Experience: Minimum of 15 + years of experience in supply chain management & advanced manufacturing, with a significant portion spent in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a consulting firm or a major pharmaceutical company, with a track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Expertise: experience of working across multiple therapeutic modalities such as Cell & Gene therapy, Small molecule, Biologics, RNA etc. Deep knowledge of end-to-end supply chain & advanced manufacturing processes, regulations, and best practices specific to the pharmaceutical industry including, NPI technology transfer into manufacturing, cold chain logistics, sales and operations planning, purchasing, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
  • Education: Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management & advanced manufacturing or a related field.
  • Skills: Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus at all levels of an organization.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet client needs and support project delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead and drive the development and execution of innovative supply chain & advanced manufacturing strategies for our pharmaceutical clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives in the pharmaceutical industry, understanding their needs and providing tailored consulting solutions that drive business value.
  • Project Management: Oversee the delivery of complex supply chain & advanced manufacturing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting the highest standards of quality.
  • Thought Leadership: Act as a thought leader in the pharmaceutical supply chain & advanced manufacturing space, contributing to industry conferences, publishing articles, and representing us as a trusted advisor.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop a high-performing team of consultants, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your industry network to grow our presence in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Innovation: You will have a strong knowledge base of the technology eco-system and be able to drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and best practices in supply chain management & advanced manufacturing to help clients achieve competitive advantage and operational excellence.
