What You'll Do
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in our Managed Services division, supporting our clients with insightful reporting, custom analytics, and decision support tools. Your work will be instrumental in driving client satisfaction, retention, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to develop cost-effective solutions for our clients.
Support strategic carrier projects through detailed analysis and rate management.
Provide ad hoc analytics and decision support for client initiatives.
Contribute to our analytics framework, focusing on repeatability and automation.
Assist in customer onboarding, focusing on KPI development and project savings methodologies.
Manage rate maintenance and contracts within our systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data.
What You Need
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to think strategically and critically.
Collaborative team player with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; exposure to BI tools and SQL-driven tools is a plus.
