Key Responsibilities
Analyze production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine material and personnel requirements.
Monitor and report on production data, including volume, raw material consumption, and quality control metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and analyze data related to sales demand, pricing, promotions, and market insights.
Develop and automate performance reports and dashboards to enhance operational visibility and decision-making.
Utilize advanced analytics techniques to forecast sales, evaluate market dynamics, and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Required Skills And Qualifications
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel for data modeling, reporting, and automation.
Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau.
Familiarity with statistical methods and machine learning models for forecasting.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex insights.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree in Analytics is preferred.
Previous experience in supply chain, operations, or related fields is advantageous.
Knowledge of Python, R, or VBA for data manipulation and analysis is a plus.
