Your Role
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role within our Managed Services team. You'll be responsible for analyzing data, developing impactful reports, and utilizing decision support tools to drive client satisfaction and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to deliver cost-effective solutions for our clients.
Support client carrier strategy projects through thorough analysis and effective rate management.
Provide ad hoc analytics and decision support for various client initiatives.
Contribute to our analytics framework, focusing on repeatability and automation to enhance efficiency.
Assist in client onboarding processes by developing KPIs, savings methodologies, and robust reporting mechanisms.
Manage rates and contracts within our systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Uphold data validation and integrity practices consistently.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree required.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Collaboration skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and time management.
Ability to build and maintain relationships effectively.
Tools You'll Use
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
Familiarity with BI tools (Qlik, Tableau, Looker, etc.) and SQL-driven tools is a plus.
