Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst

Location: Remote

Duration: 11 months contract

Job Description:

· We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst.

· This individual will provide a variety of support activity centered on inventory health management.

· This individual will use data from multiple sources to create meaningful reporting to drive actions that decrease supply chain cost and waste.

· The individual will work closely with the supply chain team.

· This role may also include communicating with vendors and members of the private brands team.

Responsibilities:

· Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste.

· Maintain/update internal documentation for training and reference.

· Investigate discrepancies to gain resolution.

· Manage project status tracking and reporting from internal systems.

· Monitor exception reporting and action solutions with supply chain team.

· Build and enhance Excel reporting and progress trackers.

· Manage data quality process ensuring clean, consolidated reporting coming from multiple sources.

· Highly organized, with the ability to track, resolve or escalate multiple issues at a time.

· Maintaining inventory health reporting

· Creating data quality processes

· Escalating exceptions

Experience:

· Strong analytical abilities, and high proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL

· Previous experience in cross functional communication – give out key action items to team

· Must be Detail Oriented – data sifting / pull out insights

· 2 years of supply chain experience

· Strong problem solving and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail

· Candidate who is highly efficient and a self-starter.

· Analyst work background

· 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

· Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

· Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Transportation, or Operations discipline
