The Supply Chain Analyst within the Integrated Logistics Design Team collaborates both internally and externally with clients to bring transportation analytics and continuous improvement to supply chain functions. The key to success in this position is the ability to deliver value to our customers by ensuring clients can efficiently design, source, and execute a logistics strategy that’s efficient and cost-effective.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop strategies to leverage data, advanced analytics, and machine learning algorithms to improve supply chain decision making and performance for the client.
Strong project management skills to implement solutions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Deliver sustainable cost reductions to clients through optimization and process improvements.
Ensure that the needs of internal and external customers are exceeded by offering analytic insights into supply chain operations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to aid organizational strategies.
Develop and create innovative analytics and metrics to aid client business units with value chain decisions.
Act as a self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and passionately.
Design and create new service offerings to clients.
Drive continuous improvement in customer value through insights and recommendations.
Utilize AI/ML techniques such as predictive modeling, clustering, and classification to aid the data analysis process.
Focus on process flow efficiency optimization within the supply chain and across the organization.
Reports to the Supply Chain Manager – Integrated Logistics Design.
Travel required: less than 20%.

Requirements
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or related field; MBA is a plus.
2+ years of supply chain management experience with demonstrated expertise in strategic growth.
Seeks continuous improvement with the ability to drive change.
APICS certification is a plus.
PMP certification is a plus.
Proficiency with data visualization software, including Tableau.
Familiarity with AI/ML tools and programming languages such as Python, R, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques in the context of AI/ML.
Ability to analyze data using advanced statistical techniques, formulas and calculations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply forward-thinking techniques to complex supply chain challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams on logistics optimization projects.
