Engaging with Procurement/Manufacturing/ QC/QA & ensure successful coordination for availability of material and components for manufacturing, execute production planning with all overseas and local manufacturing sites.
Designing or assisting in the design of Excel models, tools, templates and analytics to identify and improve reporting efficiency to allow access to the routine reports and information requests for all business partners & across all Supply Chain processes.
Creating and publishing KPIs to improve Supply Chain process efficiency.
Initiate New Product Launch planner on all upcoming products launchs, ensure coordination for successful on time launch
Coordinate for inbound international, national shipments and provide support for many steps of the logistic process working with customs agents, warehouse staff, shipping companies, and clients.
ERP:
Encompass the Material Master Module of SAP
Generate Material Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders (Inventory, Material, Service, Asset POs) in SAP
Prepare MIGO & MIRO for goods receipt and postings in SAP
Proficient in creation of Vendor Master & Codes, Purchasing Groups and other aspects of the SAP module
Proficient in creation of Material Master & Codes, Material Groups and other aspects of the SAP module
Encompass the Sales Distribution Model of SAP
Responsible to create, manage Customer Masters, Create Invoice, Delivery Postings, Manual Orders, Sales Returns Inventory, Third Party Orders, Credit & Debit Memos in SAP
