Position Summary

Responsible for executing the current supply chain functions of purchasing, planning and scheduling while developing business processes for ERP system for demand planning. Analyst will develop and maintain models for capacity, logistics, and facility planning. Develop plans for increasing efficiencies and cost savings in these areas through better supply chain management. Analyst is the ERP System Supply Chain SME.


Specific Job Functions

Supply Chain Tasks:

MRO and Direct Material Planning and Purchasing for organization.

  • Production planning and scheduling
  • Develop and maintain all supplier, purchasing, planning, and inventory control master data.

ERP Implementation and Process Development

  • Support all efforts for ERP implementation including but not limited to data development, process development, validation, and training.

Capacity Planning

  • Develop and maintain 5 year rolling capacity plan/model for headcount and facility.
  • Identify and present systems and process improvements that can reduce supply chain and manufacturing costs.

Make decisions that fall within acceptable GMP regulations and Company procedures with minimal supervision.


Minimum Qualifications, Education & Work Experience

  • BS in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • Three years’ experience in Supply Chain management.
  • Excellent computer skills with ERP/Inventory Management Software Systems. Office software, including Excel and other PC-based skills, is a requirement.
  • Strong data management and data development skills.
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485 and FDA regulations and working in a GMP environment a plus.
  • APICS Certification or Coursework a plus
