Project Manager to manage Supplier timeline and relationship.
Supplier relationship management experience with a technical background.
Must have some technical background to be able to interpret the technical nature of the component as well as any challenges they might be having during the process the process of manufacturing and delivering those time schedules.
In the previous requirement many people either had a lot of technical experience or a lot of project management exp. I need a perfect blend of these two in a candidate.
Technical skills: background in mechanical or industrial; math and physics; machining and assembly; understand how things are made and understand what type of hurdles may occur in developing the products.
More like a Supplier Quality role but then have both technical and project management skills.
Must have knowledge on product design and med device manufacturing processes (swiss machine, injection moulding, assembly, extrusion, braiding, etc).
Experience in communicating with vendors/suppliers regarding CAPA issues.
95% mechanical components and 5% electrical components.
Ability to negotiate payment, pricing and delivery timeline of components.
IQ, OQ, PQ exp will be nice to have
Education And Experience
Bachelors with 5 to 7 years of exp.
Masters with 3 to 5 years of exp.
PhD will be overqualified for the role.
