Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Supervisor role located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of exterior restoration projects, managing a team of tradesmen, ensuring quality control, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring the timely completion of projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Extensive experience in exterior restoration projects
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
In-depth knowledge of building construction and repair techniques
Ability to read and interpret construction plans
Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management software
Valid driver's license
OSHA certification is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred
Spanish Required
