Our client is a well-known, mid-sized business specializing in commercial and multifamily projects up to $100 million. Much of their work is ground-up/wood-frame, Biotech/Healthcare and their pipeline is built out for several years. Given their increased workload, they are seeking to hire high-potential professionals to drive their business forward through quality work and excellent service.
Job Description
The Lead Superintendent is responsible for:
Reporting to the General Superintendent of the company
Managing one project, between $30 million and $100 million in value
Ensuring top quality work on site, and holding subcontractors accountable
Driving the schedule forward and making sure the job finishes on time
Overseeing at least one Assistant Superintendent on a respective project

The Successful Applicant
The Lead Superintendent has:* At least 7 years of construction experience
Led a minimum of two projects, over $20 million in value
An understanding of multifamily or commercial construction
A Bachelor's Degree in a construction-related field
Excellent communication skills
