My client is a design/build contractor specializing in industrial and commercial projects. Their projects range from $500k all the way up to $20m and they handle most projects cradle to grave. They are an established company that listens to feedback from all employees.
Job Description
Oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities.
Enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Develop and update project schedules.
Manage project budgets and resources efficiently.
Ensure construction activities align with project plans and specifications.
Conduct regular inspections for quality and code compliance.
Address and resolve construction-related issues promptly.
Collaborate with project team members and subcontractors.
Provide guidance and support to on-site staff.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
Generate and present regular reports on project status.

The Successful Applicant
Effictive communicator who can interface with archirques
Easy-going, self-motivated, honest, and collaborative
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Construction field
Proficient in the entire Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Project)
Proven track record of effectively and efficiently managing job sites
Strong management ability
