Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Agent Recruitment Intern to join our team for the summer. This role will provide the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the insurance industry, specifically in the area of agent recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process of independent insurance agents.
• Conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
• Assist in onboarding and training new agents.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate pipelines.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to optimize recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Interest in the insurance industry and agent recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a paid internship opportunity. The intern will gain practical experience in agent recruitment, insurance products, and industry regulations. This role is ideal for students interested in a career in insurance or recruitment.

Please note that while not required for this internship, holding a Life and Health Insurance license would be considered an asset.
