We are seeking a passionate and skilled Success Coach specializing in Emotional Intelligence to join our dynamic team on a contract basis.

Position Summary: The Contract Success Coach - Emotional Intelligence Specialist will work closely with clients remotely to implement personalized coaching programs that enhance emotional intelligence skills. This role involves delivering virtual workshops, and providing one-on-one online coaching sessions to help individuals and teams achieve their personal and professional goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate virtual workshops and training sessions on emotional intelligence, leadership, and team dynamics.
• Provide one-on-one online coaching to clients, offering guidance and support in developing emotional intelligence skills.
• Monitor client progress and adjust coaching strategies as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with the E.I. Success Academy team to continuously improve program offerings and coaching techniques.
• Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in emotional intelligence and coaching.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Human Resources, Business or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Certification in coaching (e.g., ICF, EQ-i 2.0) is highly desirable, but not necessary.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable internet connection and access to necessary technology for remote coaching.
