Job Title: Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Broadcom Enterprise Software

Location: North America (Remote), with preference for candidates in nearshore locations including Mexico and Canada.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Broadcom Enterprise software (previously CA products) to join our dynamic team. The SME will play a crucial role in providing technical expertise, guidance, and support for Broadcom Enterprise software implementations, migrations, and ongoing operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Broadcom products and possess strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical authority and subject matter expert for Broadcom Enterprise software suite, including but not limited to CA Service Desk Manager, CA Unified Infrastructure Management, and CA Agile Central.
  • Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions leveraging Broadcom products.
  • Lead the design and implementation of Broadcom software solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives, industry best practices, and company standards.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients and internal teams during all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Broadcom software, leveraging advanced troubleshooting techniques and working closely with Broadcom support as needed.
  • Stay abreast of latest developments, updates, and best practices in Broadcom Enterprise software portfolio, and share knowledge with team members and clients.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes, tools, and methodologies related to Broadcom software implementation and support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with Broadcom Enterprise software products, with a strong emphasis on CA products.
  • In-depth knowledge of Broadcom software suite, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
  • Experience leading software implementation projects, from requirements gathering to deployment, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications in Broadcom Enterprise software products (e.g., CA Certified Business Analyst, CA Certified Administrator) are highly desirable.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally to client sites within North America, as needed.
