and warfighter. We are looking for an experienced subcontract manager to manage major supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on multiple development efforts within Advanced Programs.
This position requires the ability and initiative to
interface with internal and external partners to mitigate risks and ensure procured materials and services are acquired in compliance with established procedures and support the needs of internal customers. The successful candidate must have ability to interface effectively with Sr. Management and suppliers to achieve desired program objectives.
Specific Duties Include
Lead Cross Functional Subcontract Management
Teams
Manage the procurement cycle from purchase
order to payment of invoice
Negotiate pricing, contractual terms, and delivery
Manage supplier relationships and performance
issues
Monitor and perform Earned Value analysis of
supplier costs
Maintain accuracy of purchasing documents and
data including procurement files
Support and lead cost reduction initiatives,
change activity, and program meetings
Comply with all applicable FAR / DFARS and
company policies
