THE WORK

We are seeking a skilled Subcontract Administrator (SCA) to support the eCASS Program. In this role, you'll oversee and manage significant subcontracts across all stages, from proposal to execution and closure. Some of your responsibilities will include administering Proprietary Information Agreements, preparing RFP packages, analyzing subcontractor proposals, negotiating prices and terms, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

Who You Are

You are an experienced Subcontract Administrator with a strong background in procurement and supplier management. You possess excellent analytical and organization skills, coupled with an understanding of acquisition policies and procedures. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
