Role Overview

In addition to the responsibilities of a Style Advisor which are providing a personalized client experience, building strong client relationships, meeting and exceeding sales targets, this position has the added responsible for opening and closing the store while adhering to Company policies and procedures. When management is absent, the Key Holder will ensure that the store is operating in a smooth and efficient manner and will assist the staff to resolve any customer service issues in a professional manner.


Responsibilities & Tasks:

Opening:

  • Open register(s)
  • Turn on all technical systems
  • Ensure cash wrap areas are replenished – shopping bags, boxes, stationary, tissue paper, etc.
  • Maintain and organize selling floor and back stock

Closing:

  • Close register(s) and make sure that tenders balance. Troubleshoot as needed to resolve problem
  • Perform deposit if needed
  • Send daily sales report as needed
  • Sort and complete any paperwork as needed
  • Turn off all technical systems
  • Efficiently close the store ensuring that the sales floor is neat and tidy and the register is prepared for the next business day

Sales:

  • Meet individual sales and consignment goals and contribute the achievement of the store sales goal
  • Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process with the end result of increasing sales, units sold per transaction, and the dollar value of each transaction
  • Capture all relevant customer information and enter daily into POS system
  • Maintain and expand a client book in accordance with Company policy

Operations:

  • High awareness of floor coverage, floor zones coverage, security performance, customer traffic navigation
  • Floor merchandise maintenance during store hour of operations
  • Helping others with distance sales accuracy or complicated client transactions

Customer Service:

  • Maintain the highest degree of customer service every day
  • Consistently follow up with any shipping, alternation, or other issues as they relate to clients
  • Assist sales associates with various customer service issues in the absence of management
  • Assist and handle client repairs (G-Care)
  • Ensure positive results on Mystery Shop Scores


\Qualifications & Skills:

Education/Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in a luxury retail setting with emphasis on sales and operational experience
  • Computer literate; learn and use various software packages
  • Special Skills:
  • Foreign Languages a plus
