We are expanding with a new location in West Loop and seeking a full-time Studio Manager to spearhead this venture. Responsibilities:
Lead a high-performing team to achieve top results, serving as a hands-on role model while providing continuous feedback.
Engage with guests extensively; this role is active and front-facing, not confined to a desk.
Manage the details, deliver exceptional guest service, and ensure compliance with processes and policies in a professional yet fun environment.

Requirements:
Proven experience leading a team to meet or exceed sales and service goals consistently.

Flexible availability: our locations operate from early morning to late evening, seven days a week.
