Job Description

As the Studio Manager & Broadcast Producer at ServiceNow, you will be an integral part of our Innovation Office, responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our studio facilities and managing the production of our broadcast content. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, organizational skills, and creative vision to ensure that our broadcasts are delivered seamlessly to our audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Studio Management:
  • Maintain and oversee all aspects of the studio facilities, including equipment, sets, and technical infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for studio upgrades, repairs, and equipment purchases.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and organized studio environment for all production activities.
  • Develop and implement studio usage policies and procedures for staff and external partners.
  • Broadcast Production:
  • Plan, organize, and execute broadcast productions from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with content creators, hosts, and guests to develop engaging and compelling show
  • Manage production schedules, budgets, and resources to meet project deadlines.
  • Direct and supervise technical crews during live broadcasts, ensuring high production standards are met.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in real-time to minimize disruptions.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the creative team to translate vision into actionable plans for broadcast content.
  • Coordinate with marketing and promotions teams to ensure effective promotion and distribution of broadcasts.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, supporting team members and encouraging creative input.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure broadcasts meet company standards and audience expectations.
  • Conduct post-production reviews and analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in broadcast production.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Broadcasting, Media Production, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in studio management and broadcast production.
  • Proficiency with studio equipment, broadcast software, and live production workflows.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
  • Creative vision and a passion for developing innovative and engaging broadcast content.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Comfortable working with senior executives.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in broadcast compliance and safety.

For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $106,900 - $187,100, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
