Role Description
This is a part-time (to full-time) on-site role as a Studio Manager at Georgia Zikas Design in West Hartford, CT. The Studio Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing projects, coordinating with clients and vendors, and providing exceptional customer service. The Studio Manager will also assist in team leadership, sales, and project management activities.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation
Experience in team leadership and management
Sales and marketing experience
Proficient in project management
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of interior design principles and trends is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft office software
Bachelor's degree in Business, or related is preferred
