FlowCorps is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Studio Manager to lead our Charlotte location. 


The Studio Manager’s primary responsibilities will center on the client experience. They will foster a culture of inclusivity and acceptance, meeting clients wherever they are in their fitness journey. The true measure of the Studio Manager’s success lies in delivering an experience that exceeds clients' expectations, justifies their investment, inspires them to continue their fitness journey, and empowers them to feel good in their bodies.


As Studio Manager, you will spearhead the opening and ongoing operations of the studio along with the Studio Owner.  A strong candidate will be entrepreneurial, capable of working independently, and a direct and compassionate leader. This is an opportunity to self identify and work in strengths related to sales and marketing, community engagement and operations and finance, with the support of a similarly skilled ownership team. As the Studio Manager, you will play a crucial role in launching our facility, ensuring a seamless start-up and establishing a vibrant and successful fitness community.  


Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

  • Lead daily studio operations with a focus on creating an environment where instructors feel valued and are excited to show up fully.  
  • Coordinate class schedules, instructor assignments, and client bookings to ensure seamless class experiences and client engagement 
  • Establish and maintain an instructor culture that prioritizes client safety, inclusivity, and personalized care in achieving fitness goals.

Client Experience:

  • Exhibit the FlowCorps instructional methods, leading by example through the delivery of your own studio classes, helping to drive client growth.
  • Cultivate a personal connection with the community, ensuring every client feels valued and supported throughout their FlowCorps experience.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and compassionately to enhance overall satisfaction and retention, escalating to Studio Owner as needed. .
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio environment.

Team Management:

  • Recruit, train, and empower a diverse team of Pilates instructors that excel at delivering FlowCorps classes
  • Foster a culture of empathy, inclusivity, and respect among team members to enhance collaboration and client-focused service delivery.
  • Provide ongoing mentorship and professional development opportunities to ensure staff readiness in supporting clients of varying fitness levels and needs.

Financial Management:

  • Work alongside leadership to develop and manage the studio budget with a focus on investments that enhance client safety, satisfaction, and community engagement across multiple locations.
  • Implement client-centered sales strategies, including memberships and personalized packages, to support sustainable growth and revenue targets.
  • Provide input on financial performance metrics to optimize operational efficiencies while maintaining a strong commitment to client-centric service delivery.

Marketing and Community Engagement:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop initiatives that emphasize community connection, inclusivity, and the studio's commitment to client safety.
  • Engage with local community organizations, healthcare providers, and fitness professionals to build partnerships that promote wellness and attract diverse clientele.
  • Represent the studio at community events and networking opportunities to strengthen relationships and expand outreach efforts focused on inclusive fitness solutions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience in the fitness or wellness industry, with a strong emphasis on client engagement and community relations (preferred)
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients and team members.
  • Proven leadership skills with a commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for clients of all fitness levels and backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in studio management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Competitive salary ($50K - $60K) commensurate with experience.
