Job Description

Exchangadisc is seeking a dynamic and experienced Studio Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations. As the Studio Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining the efficiency and productivity of our studio while ensuring exceptional service to our clients.

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of studio operations, including scheduling, client bookings, and equipment maintenance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, scheduling sessions, and ensuring a positive studio experience.
  • Coordinate with recording engineers, producers, and other staff to facilitate smooth workflow and timely project completion.
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of studio facilities and equipment, ensuring a safe and professional working environment.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as billing, invoicing, and payroll processing.
  • Develop and implement studio policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Assist in marketing and promotional efforts to attract new clients and expand our client base.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in music production, business management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in studio management or a similar role within the music industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and staff.
  • Knowledge of studio equipment and recording technologies, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
