Purpose: The Studio Manager’s role is to create a positive member experience and to drive overall business growth.
Functional Accountabilities:
Manage and evaluate the performance of operations staff members
Manage scheduling and subbing for play lounge childcare staff and shifts
Exceed studio sales quotas
Execute the studio sales process and systems and support staff in the sales process
Recruitment, hiring, training, and scheduling of studio staff
Responsible for meeting performance metrics (KPI's), revenue goals and leadership goals
