About the Role:

The Studio Manager will be responsible for the oversight of ACE studio operations to ensure an exceptional member experience. This position will provide leadership and daily direction to Front Desk Associates as well day-to-day studio management, maintenance, scheduling and operational needs, and reports directly to the President.

Responsibilities:


  • Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all members, prospective members, and guests
  • Oversee studio calendar and front desk staffing 
  • Ensure staff follows superior customer service guidelines while showing the ability to handle difficult situations independently
  • Maintain cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of the studio by organizing and deploying cleaning duties, supply and vendor ordering management
  • Develop, teach, and maintain process and procedures for studio (how to turn over classes, set up, break down etc.) 
  • Lead by example and maintain consistent accountability for direct reports by training, coaching, and ensuring adherence to ACE goals and values
  • Provide clear and direct communication to Team Members, give feedback, and follow up on execution
  • Report monthly on key studio KPIs; assist leadership in making data informed decisions about staffing, scheduling and studio offerings


Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience managing a fitness studio or similar facility
  • Experience with Mariana Tek a plus
  • Hardworking, enthusiastic, and energetic
  • Willingness to work 1-2 Saturdays/month
