The UCLA Blood and Platelet Center, located at Ackerman, is currently seeking a motivated student worker to assist in recruiting blood donors at our Gayley Center location in Westwood. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a vital cause while gaining valuable experience in public engagement and community outreach. Duties include:
Interact with donors onsite, helping them understand how impactful their donation is.
Collaborate with the staff to create a welcoming and friendly environment for our donors
Assist in administering in our Donor Experience survey to our donors and encouraging them to make another donation appointment in the near future.
Collaborate with recruitment team to enhance our social media content and outreach efforts.
Support telerecruitment in various donor outreach efforts.
Perform administrative and clerical duties as assign.
Note: This position is open exclusively to current UCLA students.
Salary Range: $23.00/hour - $45.00/hour
