Student Success Manager -- Remote | WFH

Position Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for enrolling, advising, and supporting a cohort of students interested in undergraduate and graduate programs. You will guide prospective students through the enrollment process, assist with course selection, and provide ongoing support throughout their academic journey.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST

Two late nights per week: 11 AM - 8 PM or 10 AM - 7 PM EST

Key Responsibilities

Advise and guide students on career and program interests, ensuring they achieve their graduation goals.

Assist prospective students through the enrollment process for specific programs.

Manage onboarding for enrolled students, offering financial guidance from enrollment to graduation.

Provide personalized service to support students, fostering a healthy relationship and aligning career goals with degree outcomes.

Orient students on admissions requirements, academic policies, registration procedures, and available resources.

Meet predetermined student metric requirements while servicing a cohort of students.

Encourage students to pursue advanced degrees.

Comply with State and Federal regulations, FERPA, and company standards.

Participate in ongoing school-specific training.

Deliver a stellar student experience throughout their educational journey.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Psychology, or Communications.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in counseling/advising, customer service, or sales concierge service, managing a large customer base.

Equivalent experience may substitute for formal education (internal employees only).

Proficiency in technology and online learning platforms, including Cvue, SRM (SalesForce), CampusLogic, and Brightspace.

Skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Apps for Work.

Ability to provide academic and organizational advice, understand university policies and processes, and assist with funding options.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong listening and interpersonal skills, and effective time management and organizational skills.

Ability to resolve conflicts and de-escalate student issues.

Knowledge of FERPA regulations and guidance.

Analytical Skills To Optimize Student Experiences And Outcomes.

Understanding of students' career decision-making processes.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, resilient, compassionate, patient, persuasive, flexible, and detail-oriented.

Candidates without a degree must enroll in a degree-seeking program and maintain good standing with any student loan debt.
