The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. Position Summary
We are seeking to hire a Student Research Worker to support funded projects for breast cancer prevention. The student will work on an ongoing multicenter trial of web-based decision support tools for breast cancer chemoprevention.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the project manager
Organize and administer web-based intervention to trial participants
Assist in the development of recruitment materials
Maintain screening and recruitment logs
Perform data entry into a centralized Filemaker database
Participate in weekly research meetings
Perform additional related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Undergraduate degree or equivalent in education, training and experience
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish
Ability to work flexible hours
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a public health or clinical research setting
Familiarity with CUMC/NYP electronic clinical systems (Epic)
Experience using online survey or customer relationship software
Other Requirements
Successful completion of applicable compliance and systems training requirements
