Student Enrollment and Recruitment Counselor -- Remote | WFH

We're seeking a passionate and dedicated Student Enrollment and Recruitment Counselor to join our dynamic team. You'll play a pivotal role in driving enrollment growth by implementing top-of-the-funnel strategies, engaging with prospective students, and fostering meaningful relationships to guide them through their journey.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Student Outreach (75%)

Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute targeted outbound lead generation strategies.

Utilize various channels including digital advertising, social media engagement, and partner platforms to increase awareness and diversify lead sources.

Implement data-driven approaches to maximize conversion of inquiries into applicants.

Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective students, providing timely and personalized support via email, phone, and other communication methods.

Maintain regular communication with students to showcase our programs and services in a relevant and engaging manner.

Liaise with institutional engagement teams to identify trends and optimize outreach efforts.

Ensure accurate tracking of leads and inquiries in the CRM system.

Market Research (5%)

Collaborate on institutional research to enhance inquiry generation and student conversion strategies.

Stay informed about developments and trends in partner institutions related to student engagement and recruitment.

College-wide Planning and Coordination (10%)

Participate in team meetings to share updates, data, and insights relevant to enrollment goals.

Provide information to colleagues about institutional policies and processes to streamline inquiry and conversion processes.

Offer market intelligence to inform discussions regarding program development and promotion.

Administration (10%)

Generate reports to inform staff about student interest levels and inquiry trends.

Utilize CRM system to manage inquiries and produce statistical reports.

Assist in implementing key enrollment and operational projects.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.

Demonstrated proficiency in using CRM systems and social media platforms for outreach.

Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Capacity to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Willingness to occasionally work outside traditional office hours.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.

2 or more years of experience in customer service or a customer-facing role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Valid driver's license and ability to travel overnight and on weekends.
