What you need to bring to the table:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering required, Master's preferred
1-5 years of experience in structural engineering projects
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Technical proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools (e.g., ETABS, RAM) is a plus
Ability to draw, sketch, and detail in ways that convey design intent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively
Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and team-building skills
