Support operations, policy updates, and requirements analysis
Provide performance management services and strategic business analyze to enable operational performance
Create/maintain frameworks for customer requirements, support deployment of GEOINT people and technology
Measure deployer value and skillsets to update and maintain skillsets and standards
Develop frameworks and provide research to enhance Agency's ability to match, deploy, and support personnel to provide effective support to forward environments
Provide reports to Agency and Oversight to convey the value of deployed support and align it to broader agency goals for supporting mission partners
What You Will Need
ACTIVE and CURRENT Top Secret/SCI federal security clearance with COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph
THREE (3) or more years of experience as it relates to strategic communications, operations and / or policy with Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC) customers
Bachelor's Degree
Ability to brief and communicate with senior personnel
Ability to work on client site 100%
What Would Be Nice To Have
Familiarity with DoD and IC relationships and operations
Familiarity with DoD/IC operations and organizations
Familiarity with DoD processes for force management
Understanding of operating in deployed and austere environments or supporting global operations from a headquarters environment
