  • 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, or advertising tech, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Understanding of Display and Video 360 and Google Marketing Platform capabilities and how they compare to competition.
  • Familiarity with advertisers and advertising agencies, including programmatic advertising.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to execute projects with high degree of operational excellence desire to coach and mentor others.

About The Job

The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy and ensuring flawless execution and operations against that strategy.

The Awareness and Consideration Solutions organization exists to fuel sustained growth of Google’s upper and mid-funnel advertising solutions, across Google Ads and Google Marketing Platform. To do so, we take an investigative approach to understand our advertising portfolio and prioritize the business opportunities, work cross-functionally with Sales and Global Product Solutions to establish and execute go-to-market strategies to activate at scale, and keep a pulse on how the marketplace is evolving to stay ahead of future growth opportunities.

As a Strategy and Operations Manager on Display and Video 360 (DV360), you will work with stakeholders including Global Product Solutions and Sales to shape the future of Google’s programmatic advertising products. You will develop the strategy and own execution of go-to-market plans that drive adoption and business growth of these solutions across Americas Large Customer Sales (ALCS). To do so, you will use your problem-solving skills to understand the opportunities and challenges to overcome. You will contribute to strategic activation plans that mobilize cross-functional teams to successfully pitch and grow the business to advertisers, agencies and partners, and keep a tight pulse on competitive and marketplace trends to ensure that we sustain growth as future trends emerge.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$261,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Develop go-to-market strategy by defining value levers, defining target advertisers and activation segmentation, and defining value proposition/positioning to increase adoption and usage of best practices.
  • Anticipate trends, synthesize multiple viewpoints, and articulate the Americas perspective for the product features and solutions necessary to drive long-term success for our advertisers, agencies, and partners.
  • Drive product prioritization with Global and Product teams by focusing on the most impactful initiatives, identifying/resolving product gaps, building business cases based on advertiser needs and providing product-related updates to all levels of Americas LCS.
  • Equip sales, specialists and communities with processes, best practices, tools, resources, training, pitches, playbooks and case studies to ensure efficient, compliant and effective business processes, optimal setup and drive adoption.
