Strategy and Operations Analyst

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strategy and Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with all departments and help execute on Tawkify’s strategic direction, solve pressing cross-functional issues and design scalable operational strategies that support the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, including developing detailed project plans, tracking progress, and reporting on key milestones
• Perform in-depth analysis of business processes to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Support financial analysis to inform strategic planning and decision-making
• Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis
• Collaborate with various departments, including Marketing, Sales, Product, and Finance, to drive strategic projects and initiatives

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in strategy, operations, project management, consulting or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
• Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of leading successful projects
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
