Responsibilities And Expectations
A Strategic Analyst will join a newly formed Strategy & Project Management team at IPS focused on driving continued growth through our Value Creation Plan. On any given project, an analyst will undertake a variety of tasks including, but not limited to: scoping and managing progress, gathering and analyzing data, communicating findings, recognizing areas of opportunities, and ultimately assisting in the execution and success of the project. Project examples include: running the integrations for newly acquired companies, working with a project team in bringing our products to an e-commerce platform, and helping develop localized strategic plans at our 70+ service centers.

- Coordinate and complete projects on time within budget and within scope.
- Oversee all aspects of projects.
- Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of projects.
- Prepare reports regarding status of project.
- Proactively engage with business leaders to identify, design, and implement creative business and technology, such as Process Optimization and Automation; Change Management; Mergers and Acquisition Integration; Business Case Development
- Create best in class program deliverables and work with teams to build positive relationships to deliver exceptional outcomes
- Manage relationships with key partners and executive team to ensure effective program escalation and issue management mechanisms
- Build and maintain relationships with senior leadership to position the project
- Ability to lead in complex business situations
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to conduct analysis and present data in meaningful ways
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively work within team environments
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to develop and deliver effective presentations
- Ability to multi‐task and work in a fast‐paced, dynamic setting
- Positive attitude when facing adversity, including perseverance and persistence
- Expert skill levels in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, with MS Access a definite plus
- Willingness to travel extensively
- 2-3 years of relevant experience strongly preferred
