Strategic Sourcing Manager - Services

An Entertainment organization we are currently partnering with is seeking a talented Strategic Sourcing Manager to oversee various indirect services categories and drive the procurement strategy.

You will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for all Maintenance, Cleaning Services, Security, Pest Control, Waste Management, F&B Services, Landscaping, Transportation Services, etc. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies for facilities services.
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive pricing and service levels.
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for various facilities services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliable service and continuous improvement.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.
• Monitor and report on cost performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including facilities management, finance, and other departments to understand their needs and align sourcing strategies.
• Provide guidance and support to internal teams on procurement best practices and supplier management.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for suppliers.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and take corrective actions as needed.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve sourcing processes and efficiency.
• Implement best practices in strategic sourcing and procurement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, with a focus on services categories.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
