Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, or equivalent experience.
7+ years in sourcing, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
Previous experience negotiating Internationally.
Knowledge of the Oil & Gas Industry.
Experience in Metal Casting Industry and/or Injection Molding Industry highly preferred.

Responsibilities of the Role
Manages the purchasing efforts to include building and maintaining strong supplier relationships, supplier score cards and all-encompassing domestic and global supplier management.
Acts as the company’s representative in negotiations with suppliers.
Assesses current material availability; reasonably predicts future availability based on the market, delivery systems, and other variables.
Prepares Key Performance Indicators on a monthly basis, attend weekly leadership team staff meetings, and attend quarterly strategy meetings.
Lead the purchasing team, including performance management, career development, time and attendance, and identifying and attracting top talent.
