Summary: The Strategic Program Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of various non-IT projects, such as engineering initiatives, research and development endeavors, financial system implementations, and product roll-outs. They are responsible for ensuring project goals are met efficiently and effectively.

Summary: The Strategic Program Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of various non-IT projects, such as engineering initiatives, research and development endeavors, financial system implementations, and product roll-outs. They are responsible for ensuring project goals are met efficiently and effectively.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects by creating detailed plans and directing technical activities integration.
- Conduct competitor analysis to understand other badging programs in the market.
- Finalize alignment on transitioning to verification/vetting-based criteria.
- Identify methods for vetting/verification (e.g., TPA process, Business verification).
- Align on benefits for verified/badged partners under the new program.
- Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Data Science, Business Engineering) to ensure project alignment and milestone delivery.
- Devise strategies for partners to showcase their capabilities credibly.
- Develop capability taxonomy and certification measures.
- Consult with management, production, and marketing teams regarding project specifications and procedures.
- Understand existing constraints and limitations of changes to current programs.
- Develop transition plans for existing partners, including communication strategies.
- Direct, review, and approve product designs and changes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and cost optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with business and management principles related to strategic planning and resource allocation.
- Proficiency in computer software such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio.
- Industry experience in 3rd party programs, partnerships, or a tech background.
- Experience conducting experiments.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- PMI or PMP certification preferred.
