The Challenge

We are looking for a Finance Manager to develop and manage the budget and forecast processes for key financial metrics as well as provide accurate and data-based reporting to help drive business decisions to ensure financial success.

Your Mission

Be a sought-out finance business partner. Consolidate, analyze, and deliver digestible data & insights to support smart investment decisions, and proactively flag risks. Conduct reviews on past, future and comparative performance trends and develop forecast models.

  • Own the annual budget process for the Product & Engineering organizations
  • Own the quarterly forecasting, tracking, and presenting of Payroll and Non-payroll costs and headcount
  • Work with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial closes, specifically for cloud hosting costs and software capitalization
  • Maintain and improve detailed financial models & metrics packs that track and analyze key metrics and their impact on the company's overall performance 
  • Apply advanced PowerPoint skills to ensure that Finance creates visually impactful slides for executive and Board-level presentations 
  • Leverage and improve current systems to increase productivity and accuracy of key metrics
  • Facilitate and drive frequent ad hoc and targeted projects to support management on business decisions
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information and investment decisions

  • Able to effectively communicate, both verbal and written, with all levels of the organization
  • Meticulous and pride yourself on attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adaptable to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized

Your Experience Includes

  • 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, strategic finance, consulting, investment banking, or related fields
  • Hands-on experience with financial, CRM (Salesforce.com preferred) and analytical software
  • Expertise in MS Excel & PowerPoint
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, reporting and communication skills
  • Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, finance business partnership, and information analysis
  • Demonstrable strategic thinking skills
  • Trusted individual in handling sensitive financial information
  • BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • CPA or MBA in Finance, Economics or related field

For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.

Salary Range

$108,750—$163,125 USD
