Key Responsibilities:

• The Strategic Analyst should be able to handle multiple priorities and will be involved with many facets of the company, including:
• Strategic Support: Assist the leadership team in the formulation and execution of strategic initiatives by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Operational Optimization: Streamline operations through detailed analysis and enhance internal communication to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals and timelines.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough research on industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and support business development efforts.
• Relationship Management: Support the maintenance of lasting relationships with clients and industry partners, serving as a key liaison to meet client needs and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Industry Engagement: Keep abreast of industry best practices and innovations to maintain and strengthen client relationships and business strategies.

Qualifications:

• Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of sports business and client engagement; prior consulting experience is a plus.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a closely related field preferred.
• Professional Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a strategic or executive support role, ideally within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Passion for Sports: A deep passion for and understanding of the professional sports landscape.
