As our Strategic Account Director, you will be accountable for the commercial growth of some of Quiq’s largest customers. You will consult our customers on how to leverage more of Quiq’s product to achieve greater success by upselling and cross-selling on Quiq’s suite of products, as well as maintaining the existing use cases and contract.. The AD will bear a quota tied to maintaining account revenue through renewals, and also growing account revenue through expansions.
The Strategic Account Director will be the commercial leader on an account and work in concert with Customer Success Managers and our Services organization. Together, these teams are responsible to ensure both customer adoption, value realization and growth of our customers.
Position Requirements:
5-7 years of managing Large Enterprise accounts for a SaaS customer service software company
1-3 years of managing Strategic accounts for a SaaS customer service software company
3-5 years experience in the Customer Experience or Customer Support Software industry
Demonstrated experience expanding the depth and width of account relationships in large organizations.
Outstanding math and writing skills
Outstanding presentation and sales skills
Outstanding cross-functional leadership skills
Outstanding skills in collaboration and communication with leadership and stakeholders within a strategic account
You’ll be responsible for:
Proactively managing the renewal process to ensure continued access to the Quiq product
Proactively building a pipeline by identifying upsell and cross-sell “add-on” opportunities within the customer base
Going deeper and wider in accounts to get Quiq adopted across multiple business functions
Achieving revenue retention and growth goals in assigned accounts
Measuring success via weekly tracking of customer retention and revenue growth opportunities
Achieving breadth and depth of product adoption across our features and the functions of the customers’ business
Working with customer success, executive leadership services and marketing to execute multi-touch strategies for penetrating accounts.
