Ben Bridge Jeweler is seeking a Store Service Assistant to join our team in the Bridal Department.

Job Summary

The primary focus of this position is to provide service and support to our Bridal Department, with a focus on store service, communication, and special projects. This position requires teamwork within our corporate office with Distribution, the Buying Department, as well as our retail locations and suppliers.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage bridal inbox
  • Liaise with stores and vendors via email and phone
  • Respond to inquiries and phone calls from our retail stores via the department inbox as well as the Bella Ponte portal
  • Place, track, and follow up on special orders through completion and meeting tight deadlines
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with store associates and vendor contacts
  • Actively participate in department trainings (i.e. Ambassador Meetings)
  • Support the Bridal Department with projects, including all aspects of inventory control and maintenance (i.e. item creation, receiving and distributing, merchandise returns)
  • Other duties as assigned

Education And Experience

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent. Advanced Degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in technology (CRM Platform, MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel)

Knowledge And Skills

  • Innate ability to multi-task, prioritize, and self-manage within strict timelines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills based in customer service are essential
  • Demonstrate ability to be thorough and detailed-oriented- this is essential to success in this role
  • Demonstrate analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Comfortability in reading and understanding CAD imaging is a plus
  • Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and 10-key proficiency is necessary- this position will also use an IBM AS400 mainframe and Microsoft D365

WORKING STANDARDS

  • Overtime may be required occasionally

Range: $21.63 - $25.96 per hour

Fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience levels, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
