Vivienne Westwood is currently recruiting for a Store Manager to join our team in Belmont Park. As the Store Manager, you will be a performance driven individual who has proven record of success in fashion luxury sales. The ideal candidate will have 8 + years of experience in a managerial role in the luxury fashion industry. They will possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to inspire and lead the team. They will ensure the delivery of the business plan, key sales targets and KPI´s and local retailing strategy while ensuring full compliance in all aspects of people management.

Key Responsibilities


  • Delivery of business plan and local retailing strategy
  • Ensuring full compliance in all aspects of people management
  • Achieve sales and store KPI targets
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities
  • Develop brand awareness within the community
  • Recruit, develop and motivate store staff. Create a cohesive team that works together to continually exceed the set goals
  • Ensure training of all shop staff, providing product knowledge, and a clear understanding of performance expectations and selling skills
  • Ensure a welcoming environment for the clients in the store
  • Ensure that all daily business operations are completed
  • Responsible for stock control, cash management, sales forecasts and daily reports
  • Ensure an accurate brand image and maintain visual merchandising standards
  • Maintain security and safety procedures for employee and customer protection
  • Work together with Human Resources to address and document unsatisfactory performance and policy violations or any other performance related issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain effective communication with London headquarter
  • Manage additional projects as needed (such as events, buying, made to measure and VIP appointments)


Profile & Key Skills


  • 8+ years of proven retail management experience selling luxury products
  • Lead by example and be a role model to the team
  • Ability to effectively build clientele business relationships and expand customer database
  • Ability to drive profitability and maximise opportunities
  • Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude
  • Ability to demonstrate organizational skills and attention to details
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment within a luxury brand
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including morning, evening, and weekend availability
  • Capable of adapting to the circumstances and requirements that come with a fast-paced environment
  • People Management, development and motivation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tracked record of clientele portfolio
  • Analytical skills
  • Computer literate
  • College Degree preferred
